Lisa Hodge is a communications professional with more than 25 years of experience in the science, technology, education and management systems domains. Her experience includes technical writing, online and print content development, protocol generation, user documentation, marketing, analytics, website management, and social media oversight for a broad range of companies from dot-com and biotech startups to global corporations like IBM. Lisa has a passion for integrating new and emerging tools and technology with traditional communication methods.
As a parent Lisa has been active for almost 20 years with elementary, middle and high schools in developing individualized education programs and tailored learning plans to meet the special needs of children with neurological disabilities and atypical learning styles. She has partnered with advocacy groups and the local school district to develop adaptive instruction strategies from online homeschooling courses to differentiated instruction in the classroom that can both meet learning standards and ensure academic success.
